Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refunds

1.1. Defective Products: Dream Good Hosting will issue a refund if the product or service provided is defective. Minor variations or cosmetic defects may not warrant a refund, but significant safety or functionality issues that conflict with the product’s advertising will be addressed.

1.2. Sales Contract Breach: If Dream Good Hosting fails to fulfill the terms of the sales contract, customers are entitled to a refund. Sales agreements are legally binding contracts, and breaches will be rectified.

1.3. Cooling-Off Period: Buyers have three days to cancel purchases, depending on the value. This applies to sales made in specific locations (e.g., door-to-door or temporary retail spaces). If the purchase is at least $25 (door-to-door) or $130 (temporary retail), customers can cancel for a full refund until midnight of the third business day after the sale.

2. Returns

2.1. General Conditions: Dream Good Hosting accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in saleable condition.
  • Customers must provide the receipt and original packaging (if applicable).
  • Dream Good Hosting reserves the right to verify the return request.

2.2. Refund Process:

  • Customers must contact Dream Good Hosting within the specified time frame.
  • Upon approval, customers will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

3. Exclusions

3.1. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., domain registration, hosting setup).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital products (e.g., software licenses, downloadable content).

3.2. No Refund for Change of Mind:

  • Dream Good Hosting does not provide refunds for customer change of mind or unwanted gifts.
